The National Association for Green Roofs (ANCV) proudly celebrates a decade of dedication to the promotion of green infrastructure, connecting companies, municipalities, communities, and academic and research institutions.

🌱 Our Journey (2015–2025):
Highlights from this decade include:

Quinto Alçado do Porto Project – Environmental Index (2016);

Life MyBuilding is Green – Escola do Falcão, Porto (2019);

Publication of the Technical Guide for Green Roofs (2020);

Integration of green roofs into the ADENE Aqua+ certification (2021).

We also brought our mission to the broader public through appearances on national television programmes such as Planeta Verde (2021) and Hora de Agir (2023).

🌍 International Recognition:
We have been honoured with awards including:

_Best Poster at the conference “Green Infrastructures: Nature-Based Solutions for Sustainable and Resilient Cities”;

_Best Green Advocacy;

_Leading Champions of Green Building Promotion.

We contributed to training activities with RAMCC in Argentina (2022), took part in Urban Future (2023), and proudly assumed the Presidency of EFB (2023–2027).

European Projects:
ANCV actively participates in international cooperation initiatives, including Erasmus+ (2022–2025) and Horizon 2020 (2024–2027).

📚 Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Over the past decade, we have promoted numerous events and training programmes, with highlights including IGIC Porto 2018 and 2025 and NBS SUMMIT 2024.

We thank all ANCV members for their continued collaboration and for joining us on this journey to promote nature-based solutions for greener, healthier, and more resilient urban futures.
