PQAP TEAM VISITS LINS TO DISCUSS STRATEGIES TO INCLUDE GREEN ROOFS IN THE URBAN PLANNING
Last week, part of the PQAP team - “Quinto Alçado do Porto” Project (Porto Fifth Facade) met in the city of Linz, in Austria, with the technicians and politics responsibles for the planning department of the city, to debate the inclusion of green roofs in the urban landscape. It is worth mentioning that Linz is an example at European level, having been obligatorily green roofs since 1984.
PQAP is a project between ANCV and the Porto City Hall with the main goal of definie which is the best model for City Hall to adopt in order to include Green Roofs in the city environmental strategy plan.
